Chapter 2 of Philippians addresses Christ's humility as an example for Christians. Peter also emphasizes the importance of humility and mutual submission among Christians. He points out that humility is an essential virtue for pleasing God and achieving his grace.

1 Corinthians 10:24: "No one seeks their own advantage, rather each one of others." Paul emphasizes in Philippians 2:3-4 the importance of not seeking his own interest, but the interest of others. This verse in 1 Corinthians 10 also emphasizes the importance of cooperation and altruism among Christians.

Colossians 3:12: "Coat, therefore, as elected from God, holy and beloved, of affection affections of mercy, goodness, humility, meekness, long-term." This verse highlights the Christian virtues that must be cultivated by believers, including humility. Paul emphasizes in Philippians 2 the importance of having the mind of Christ, who has emptied himself of his divine glory to become a servant, and the importance of following this example in our own life.
