Leviticus 11:44: "For I am the Lord, your God, therefore sanctify and thirst holy, for I am holy." David understood the importance of holiness in worshiping God, and this verse of Leviticus highlights the importance of holiness in our lives.

Deuteronomy 28:1: "And if you hear the voice of the Lord your God, being careful to keep all your commandments that I command you today, the Lord your God will exalt you over all the nations of the earth." 2 Chronicles 5:12-13: "And the Levites played, all of them, cymbals, lutes and harps, being already two hundred and twenty singers with their unison voices, to make one sound, to praise and celebrate the Lord; Raising them their voice with trumpets, cymbals and other musical instruments, and praising the Lord, saying, because he is good, because his kindness lasts forever, then the house filled with a cloud, namely, the house of the Lord.
