In John 8, Jesus is in Jerusalem and confronts religious leaders who bring him a woman accused of adultery. Jesus then argues with the Pharisees about who has the right to stoned women and makes several teachings about their divine nature and human sin. Here are five verses related to the topics covered in John 8:
Romans 3:23: "For all have sinned and devoid are from the glory of God" This verse highlights the universal nature of human sin and how they are all separated from God's perfection.
