4. Their young ones become strong, they grow up in the open; they go forth, and do not return to them.

Psalm 104:21: "The lips of the prey and seek God for their livelihood." This verse shows the dependence of God's wild animals for their survival.

But my people do not know the judgment of the Lord." This verse compares the wisdom of God's creation with the lack of wisdom of the people of Israel in relation to their divine judgment.
