This verse describes the chaos and destruction that will occur during the end of time, similar to what is described in the sixth seal of Revelation 9.

Joel 2:4-5: "Your appearance is like that of horses; and how knights like this. Like the sound of cars jumping over the hills of the hills, so they jump; like the sound of a flame of fire that consumes the Straw, so is the people who come in the crowd.
