St. Matthew chapter 11 presents the continuation of the ministry of Jesus, which begins to face the unbelief of some people and the rejection of others. Matthew 11:28-29: "Come to me, all who are tired and oppressed, and I will relieve you. " Jesus invites people to approach him, clinging to Him and learning of him to find rest and peace in his souls.

Luke 9:23: "He said to all," If anyone wants to come after me, to deny himself, day by day take his cross, and follow me. " Jesus calls people to leave everything and follow him, assuming his cross daily and finding life in union with him.
