11. If I am guilty of committing any capital crime, I do not ask to be spared the death penalty. But if there is no substance in the accusations these persons bring against me, no one has a right to surrender me to them. I appeal to Caesar.'

This verse shows that when we have God on our side, there is nothing that can stop us or prevent His will from being fulfilled. Paul was convinced that God was with him amid the accusations and persecution, which gave him the certainty of victory.
