21. Elijah appealed to all the people and said, "How long will you straddle the issue? If the LORD is God, follow him; if Baal, follow him." The people, however, did not answer him.

1 Corinthians 8:6: "But for us, there is one God, the Father, whom they are all things, and to whom we live; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, for which they are all things, and we for he." This verse highlights God's unity, and how he is the Father of all things, and how all things were created through Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
