4. Yet you have still a few names in Sardis, people who have not soiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white, for they are worthy.

Chapter 3 of the book of Revelation brings the messages of Jesus to the churches of Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodiceia. Jesus praises the Church of Philadelphia for his faithfulness and urges the churches of Sardis and Laodiceia to repent and return to him. 1 Corinthians 15:58: "Therefore, my beloved brothers, firm, unshakable, and always abundant thirst in the Lord's work, knowing that your work is not go to the Lord."
