2 Samuel 15 talks about Absalom's conspiracy to become king instead of David. He deceives the people, gets followers, and conquers the hearts of many Israelites. Psalm 55:12-14: "Because it was not an enemy that broke me; then I would have endured it; it was not what I hated me that I was amusing against me, because I would have hidden me; Guide and my inner friend.
