Job chapter 16 presents the continuation of the dialogue between Job and his friends, who try to explain why he is suffering. This verse talks about how the difficulties we face in this life are temporary and insignificant compared to the reward that awaits us in the future. Job also seems to be aware of this perspective.

2 Corinthians 1:3-4 - "Blessed be the God and the Father of Our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of Mercies, and the God of all consolation, who comforts us in all our tribulation, so that we may also comfort those who are also In some tribulation, with the consolation with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
