15. Why do you wear down my people, and grind up the faces of the poor, says the Lord, the God of hosts?

Isaiah 3 describes God's righteousness against the nation of Judah, which has become corrupt and disobedient. God removes corrupt leaders and, as a result, the people are left without guidance and protection. Isaiah 3:10-11: "Tell them to the righteous that they will well; for they will eat the fruit of their works. Woe to the wicked! It will barely do what your hands have done to you."
