14. The one who remains on the psychologic level does not understand the things of the Spirit. They are foolishness for him and he does not understand because they require a spiritual experience.

1 John 2:20: "And you have anointing from the part of him who is holy, and all have knowledge." This verse highlights the importance of the anointing of the Holy Spirit in the believer's life, which enables knowledge and understanding of God's things.

James 1:5: "And if any of you are lacking wisdom, ask it to God, who gives all liberally, and does not throw him into the face; and be given to him." This verse emphasizes that God's wisdom is available to those who humbly seek it.
