31. It shall come to pass, when he seeth that the lad [is] not [with us], that he will die: and thy servants shall bring down the gray hairs of thy servant our father with sorrow to the grave.

In Genesis 44, José arouses a test for his brothers, who came to Egypt to buy food. He has a bowl in a bag of benjamin grains, the younger brother, and then accuses Benjamin of stealing the cup. Jeremiah 17:10: "I, the Lord, squad my heart and provoke thoughts; and this to give each one according to his ways and according to the fruit of his actions." This verse talks about how God examines our hearts and judges us according to our actions.
