30. When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, [even] in the latter days, if thou turn to the LORD thy God, and shalt be obedient unto his voice;

Deuteronomy 11:26-28 - "Behold, today I put before you the blessing and the curse: the blessing, when you fulfill the commandments of the Lord your God, which today I command you; but the curse, if you do not fulfill the commandments of the Lord if you do not fulfill the Lord Your God, but you deviate from the way that I command you today, to follow other gods you have not known. " This verse highlights the importance of choosing to obey God and follow his ways in order to receive blessings rather than curses. It is a warning that Moses makes Israel in Deuteronomy 4.
