12. He who conquers, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God; never shall he go out of it, and I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem which comes down from my God out of heaven, and my own new name.

Chapter 3 of the book of Revelation brings the messages of Jesus to the churches of Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodiceia. 2 Corinthians 6:17-18: "Therefore, I left their midst and separate, say the Lord; shall not touch impure things; and I will receive you; says the almighty Lord. " This verse relates to Jesus' exhortation to the churches of Sardis and laodice to repent and move away from impurity.

Proverbs 3:11-12: "Do not despise, my son, the correction of the Lord, nor is discouraged when he is rebuked by him. 2 Timothy 4:7-8: "I fought the good fight, I ended up the race, I have kept the faith. " This verse relates to Jesus' exhortation to the churches of Sardis and laodie persevere in faith and faithfulness to the end.

1 Corinthians 15:58: "Therefore, my beloved brothers, firm, unshakable, and always abundant thirst in the Lord's work, knowing that your work is not go to the Lord."
