Psalm 129 is a psalm of supplication by deliverance from suffering. In it, the psalmist calls for God for justice and liberation from the hands of his enemies. The verses related to the topics addressed in this psalm are:
Isaiah 54:17: "No weapon forged against you will prosper; and every language to rise against you in judgment, you thou shalt be condemned; this is the inheritance of the servants of the Lord, and His righteousness that comes from me, says the Lord. " This verse speaks of the protection that God grants to His servants and his righteousness, which is the basis for the cry of the psalmist by deliverance.
Psalm 34:19: "There are many afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him from all." This verse shows that although the righteous go through many afflictions, God delivers them from all of them.
